Recognition of Degree and Experience

Under our company’s self standards, we recognize M.A. as having career experience. We compute reasonable career experience for over 6 months of experience in identical or similar career field.

Assessment

Konan Technology operates achievement and capability assessment system. Assessment results are used as review data for salary and promotion of each employee.

Compensation

Konan technology operates a wage system consisting of accumulated basic annual salary, paid on the 21st of each month, and non-cumulative bonus salary, depending on the company’s and the employee’s achievement.

Konan Technology runs three occupational groups, R&D, consultant, and general.
